Richard Manley
Chief Sustainability Officer
As Chief Sustainability Officer, Richard is responsible for overseeing the implementation of KENWOOD’ sustainability strategy, including progress on our key climate-related objectives and net-zero commitment. He works with the Senior Management Team to ensure a global, cross-enterprise approach to sustainability-related risks and opportunities that contributes to superior long-term returns.
Before joining KENWOOD in 2019, Richard spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs, where he served most recently as the Global Head of Thematic Equity and ESG Research, and Co-Head of EMEA Equity Research. Previously, he held senior positions at Merrill Lynch, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Paribas Capital Markets.
Richard is a member of the GHG Protocol Steering Committee and UK’s Transition Plan Taskforce Delivery Group. He is Chair Emeritus of the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) Investor Advisory Group and was previously a member of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
Richard holds a Graduado Superior/BA (Hons) in European Business Administration from ICADE in Madrid.
